• Orders: your name, email, phone and delivery address, and what you ordered.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Enquiries: the details you enter in our trade or gifting forms.
• Age confirmation: a note in your browser that you confirmed you’re 18 or over.

Card and wallet payments are processed by Square. Your card details go directly to Square and never reach or are stored by us.

To fulfil and confirm your order, reply to enquiries and, only if you signed up, send occasional news. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. We don’t sell your information.

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@fosseysdistillery.com.
